Nutrition is the process of obtaining or providing necessary foods for holistic health, growth and recovery.

The foods we eat will sustain and heal, or damage and maim our health. All humans need a healthy and balanced relationship with the foods we eat.

Moving, exploring and creating is part of How to Be Human. Whether it be dance, mountain biking or skateboarding, endless forms of movement can satisfy our heart's yearning to explore.

Desire is one of humanities deepest inclinations. 

Humans desire by nature, and to desire generates movement towards intended outcomes. ​

Like a moth to a flame, if left unchecked desires can be our downfall, but with mastery of our avatar they can help us shape the world.

Perception is the way something is regarded, understood or interpreted through the sensory system. Our avatar is the one that perceives.
