1. No electronics (especially phones) for 15 minutes before you sleep or after waking up

2. Cleaning (especially private spaces like bedrooms)

4. Daily tailored workouts

5. Focusing on single tasks

6. Cold Showers

7. Meditation

8. Walking and reading
