Perception
Perception is key in developing one of our previous avatars - mindfulness.​

Healthy perception leads to a clear understanding of what is happening around us, enabling us to rationalise and focus on the moment. A negative perception, often borne out of negative experience, can stunt our growth and lead us in circles.​

Perception of reality evolves with time, as do we. You might out-grow your thoughts and develop from your previous self. Such a skill is necessary for mental protection, enabling us to shield the mind from extreme trauma.

Peeling back the layers of our trauma and negative perceptive traits is key to growth and self-betterment, for us and those around us.
